오늘 소개해드릴 제품은 SJ-310 화학물질 흡착제 입니다.

SJ-310은 누출된 화학물질을 안전하게 흡착하여 화학물질을 취급하는 모든 곳에서 비상 상황에 적용하여 위험한 물질을 안전하고 손쉽게 제어할 수 있습니다. 화학물질 누출시 본 제품을 도포하여 유해물질을 빠르게 흡착함으로써 확산을 방지하여 더 큰 피해를 막을 수 있습니다.

화학물질 흡착, 산성 및 알카리성 물질 흡착, 유기용제 흡착 등에 사용됩니다. 특히 산성과 알카리성에 따른 색변화 표시기가 포함되어 있어 쉽게 화학물질 액성을 확인 할 수 있습니다.

 

- SJ-310 can safely and easily control hazardous substances by safely adsorbing leaked chemicals and applying them in emergency situations wherever chemicals are handled. In case of chemical leakage, this product can be applied to quickly adsorb harmful substances to prevent diffusion and prevent further damage.

It is used for adsorption of chemical substances, adsorption of acidic and alkaline substances, and organic solvents. In particular, it includes a color change indicator according to acidity and alkalinity, so you can easily check the liquidity of chemical substances.

     * 산성, 알카리성 분별 가능 ( 산성 :붉은색 / 알카리성 : 노란색 )

-  Distinguishable between acid and alkali (acid: red / alkali: yellow)

     * 높은 흡수능력 : (물기준) 자체 중량 50~100배 흡수

-  High absorption capacity: 50 to 100 times its own weight based on moisture absorption

 

◆ 용 도 Use

     * 각종 화학물질 흡착(산성, 알카리성, 유기용제 등)처리

-  Adsorption of various chemical substances (acid, alkali, organic solvent, etc.)

 

◆ 사용 방법

   ▶ 축압식 살포 타입

  ▶ Cumulative spray type

     * 오염물질로부터 2~5M 떨어진 거리에서 대상물에 분사 (방사 시간 : 10~12초, 방사 거리 : 4~5M)

-  Spray on the object at a distance of 2 to 5M from contaminants (radiation time: 10 to 12 seconds, irradiation distance: 4 to 5M)

     * 약재 투입 후 부족할 경우 추가로 투입

-  If it is not enough after adding medicinal materials, add more

     * 충분한 흡착을 진행 시킨 후 청소 도구(빗자루, 쓰레받이 등)를 이용하여 제거

-  After sufficient adsorption, use cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, etc.) to remove

     * 폐기물 성상에 따라 법령에 정해진 처리 방법에 따라 처리

-  Dispose of according to the disposal method prescribed by laws and regulations depending on the nature of the waste

     * 오염물질 부위 위에 흡착 패드를 올려 놓으십시오.

◆주의 사항

     * 용도 이외에는 사용하지 마십시오.

-  Do not use it for anything other than its intended purpose.

     * 사용 전 작업자 안전 보호구를 착용하시기 바랍니다.

-  Please wear worker safety protection before use.

     * 바람이 부는 외부에서 작업 시에는 바람을 등지고 사용하시기 바랍니다.

-  When working outside in the wind, turn your back on the wind.

     * 본 제품을 섭취하시면 안됩니다.

-  Do not eat this product.

     * 사용 중 적절한 환기를 하십시오. 또한 체내에 오랫동안 흡입하지 마십시오.

-  Provide adequate ventilation during use. Also, do not inhale into the body for a long time.

     * 피부에 오래 동안 닿는 것을 피하십시오.

-  Avoid prolonged contact with the skin.

     * 보관 시 직사광선과 40℃이상 되는 장소에 보관하지 마십시오.

-  When storing, do not store in direct sunlight and over 40℃.

     * 고압 가스를 사용하여 위험하므로 다음의 주의를 지키십시오. (축압식 살포 타입 제품에 한함)

-  Use of high-pressure gas is dangerous, so please observe the following precautions. (Limited to compressed spray type products)

 

       1. 온도 40℃이상 되는 장소에 보관하지 마십시오.

1.       Do not store in a place with a temperature above 40 ℃.

       2. 불 속에 버리지 마십시오.

2.       Do not throw in the fire.

       3. 사용 후에는 잔 가스가 없도록 하여 버리십시오.

3.       Dispose of it so that there is no residual gas after use.

       4. 밀폐된 장소에 보관하지 마십시오.
